ADETAYO OKUSANYA is the Executive Director and co-founder of H.C. Bonum Ltd, a human performance and management-consulting firm with headquarters in Lagos and clients in the west, east and south of Africa.

Adetayo is a multi-faceted and experienced business leader, consultant, trainer, facilitator, performance enabler and coach with twenty years of work experience in Consulting, Audit, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship and Learning Facilitation in North America and Africa.

As a business consultant and learning facilitator, she has supported numerous clients across various industries in building their leadership capabilities, developing talent pipeline and improving teamwork and collaboration. Adetayo graduated from F.G.G.C. Sagamu in 1993 and was the Library Prefect in her final year. She is also a graduate of the University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Darden Graduate School of Business (University of Virginia).

She is a Certified Accountant, an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner and a member of Women In Management and Business (WIMBIZ) and Association of Talent Development. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she worked for leading global organizations, PricewaterhouseCoopers Nigeria and Microsoft USA where she received multiple outstanding performance and leadership awards.

Adetayo loves to dance, read and travel and she is passionate about personal and people development.
