History of Federal Government Girls College Sagamu

Federal Government Girls’ College Sagamu, one of the 104 Unity Schools established with the aim of fostering national unity. Hence the Motto “PRO UNITATE”. The College was originally established at the temporary site in Ilaro, Ogun state on January, 20th 1978 under the leadership of Mrs.  A. A Ayoola the pioneer Principal. It subsequently moved in 1981 to its permanent site in Sagamu, Ogun state, in the beautiful country of Nigeria.
