Oyindamola Sonola is the CEO of Soams Creative Education and Consultancy, an education consultant, trainer, experienced teacher, coach, mentor and content developer. She is a passionate educator and 21st century reflective practitioner. 

She is the first Nigerian endorsed HighScope certified trainer endorsed by both HighScope Great Britain and the HighScope Educational Research Foundation (USA) in 2006 and has shown exemplary knowledge & skills through her experiential workshop models and project on Low Cost, No Cost initiative which has relevance to Sustainable Education.

Oyindamola is featured prominently at various training workshops organised by UNICEF, OMEP, HighScope, Cambridge & DEEPEN. 

She has developed content using active learning strategies in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics), and exposed educators to various teaching and learning strategies while enhancing school leadership and management strategies.

She holds a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. She has spoken at conferences locally, nationally, and internationally, including events hosted by HighScope, UNICEF, and World Organization for Early Childhood Education (OMEP).

Recognized nationally and internationally by OMEP World, HighScope Foundation. Advocate for quality Education. 

She received the Feminine Nigeria Achievement Awards by SHE ACHIEVERS in 2022 and won the ESD Award by OMEP World in 2022.

Her passion for quality and accessable education for children regardless of geographical location or economic status prompted her desire to train 111,000 teachers in all the 36  states Nigeria with the FCT included by 2025.
