Fadeke is a graduate of sociology from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and holds a Master’s Degree in human resources management from Lagos state university, Ojo.

She was Ethiope House captain (J-side) in her final year and the pioneer president of Federal Government Girls College Sagamu Alumni Association.

She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control (FCIFCN) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPMN), Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (MCILRM) and Nigerian Institute of Management, Chartered (AMNIM)
